Vietnam – HR & Admin Executive

Job Duties:
- Coordinate C&B processes but not limited to salary benchmarking, bonus allocation, performance appraisal, introduction of new benefits.
- Responsible for all HR Administrative related tasks.
- Provide guidance on employee enquiries but not limited to Company policies and procedures, Employment Act or any HR best practices.
- Support in employee relationships building, proactively involve in employee engagement program, act as a bridge between employees and management, constantly provide feedback from the ground.
- Assist in measuring employee retention and turnover rates locally.
- Assist on employee onboarding & offboarding process/HR engagement process.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
- Assist in other spectrum of HR function as and when required.
- Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Managing and assisting day-to-day general office administration work, operational, and coordination.
- Working equipment and company asset management including sourcing, quotation compiling, handling, allocation, etc.
- Collaborating with team members on the weekly tea break planning and other office activities.
- Assisting in establishing a standardized administrative management system and continuously optimizing various work processes.
Hard Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail, people oriented, and able to interact with all levels of staff.
- Good analytical skills.
