We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales Team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment of Sales Team members, conducting sales-related interviews, managing the team’s attendance, and facilitating attendance-related penalties and notifications. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing the weekly and daily reports, as well as compiling performance metrics for the Sales Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment efforts for Sales Team positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews and assessments for Sales Team candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
• Manage the attendance of the Sales Team, including handling penalties for tardiness and absences.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of weekly and daily reports.
• Compile and analyze performance metrics for the Sales Team.
• Build and report on quarterly and annual sales hiring plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in sales-related roles.
• Strong interview and assessment skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Previous experience in managing attendance policies is a plus.
