Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the performance of computer systems, networks, and applications to ensure smooth operation
• Respond to system alerts and take appropriate actions to resolve issues promptly
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups and software updates
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new hardware and software with the devops team
• Collaborate with other remote team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
• Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and incidents
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to the role

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience: At least 2 years working experience as an IT Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and applications.
• Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and network protocols.
• Willingness to be on-call outside of regular business hours.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities, and to quickly adapt to changing project requirements or business needs.
• Quality Focus: Strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions, with an attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement in both processes and outcomes.
• Available to travel
• Good English language skills are a must.

Advantages:
