Job Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Participate in the frontend development team in designing and implementing high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions for forex brokerage applications.
  • System Architecture: Collaborate with the frontend development team and other stakeholders to design and architect the overall system structure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Frontend Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components, modules, and features using Angular or similar frameworks, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • UI/UX Design: Collaborate with designers and UX specialists to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient navigation within the forex brokerage software.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to the frontend development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to define project requirements, clarify technical dependencies, and deliver integrated software solutions.
  • Testing and Bug Fixing: Conduct thorough testing of frontend components, identify and fix bugs or performance issues, and collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality and reliable software releases. Ensure product quality standards used within the team are maintained or improved.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the frontend performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance the overall speed and efficiency of the software.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, API documentation, and frontend development guidelines, ensuring knowledge sharing and smooth onboarding of new team members.
  • Continuous improvement: challenge the status quo (technologies and/or processes) to help improve delivery within the team

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Frontend Development Expertise: Extensive experience (3 years) in frontend development, with a strong command of Angular or similar frontend frameworks, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related web technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and mentoring frontend development teams, guiding technical decision-making, and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
  • UI/UX Design Abilities: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to collaborate with designers and UX specialists to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address technical challenges, debug issues, and optimize frontend performance.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Solid knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, and experience working in an iterative development environment with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Collaboration and Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and participate in team discussions and decision-making.
  • Continuous Learning: A passion for staying updated with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and frameworks, and a commitment to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  • Available to travel
  • Good English language skills are a must.


  • Experience and indepth knowledge of the financial market or the forex brokerage ecosystem
  • Development experience based on modeling (UML and Sysml)
  • Master’s degree in relevant field
  • Cross-regional and remote project work experience is preferred
  • Added Advantage: Proficient in Mandarin/Chinese
