• Develop efficient data models and structures aligned with software requirements, optimizing SQL queries and performance.
• Manage database security measures, including access controls and encryption, to protect sensitive financial data.
• Plan and execute data migration processes with minimal downtime and ensure backup and recovery strategies.
• Monitor database performance, conduct maintenance, and collaborate with development teams to optimize database interactions.
• Document database design, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS).
• Expertise in data modeling, database design, and query optimization for high-transaction applications.
• Knowledge of database security measures, backup and recovery strategies, and compliance standards.
• Excellent collaboration, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and fluent in English.
