Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee the implementation of system features and epics that conform to relevant detailed designs and business requirements
• Continuous user support and bug fixes for web applications
• Contribute to project planning sessions including Story Refinement, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
• Collaborate with peers to write, review, or provide feedback on code reviews
• Showcase continuous development and research on modern web technologies
• Provide professional, timely and effective IT software development services including technical advice on complex matters relating to application lifecycle management, software re-use and SaaS (software as a service)
• Collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure adequate and appropriate software application re-use within the business
• Ensure compliance of all major software elements with CRH IT security policies and 3rd party security requirements
• Detailed documentation and design artefacts
• Quality application development which solves business problems
• Software development quality assurance

Hard Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Science & Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of leading experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proficient at written, spoken and typing in Mandarin and English
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent
• Skilful in any one of JavaScript, Node.JS, ReactJS, Augular.JS or VUE.JS, minimum one-year project experience
• HTML5, CSS 3.0 and TypeScript
• Web based programming languages
