Senior / Support Executive (Financial Service) – Mandarin & English Speaker

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customers’ calls, live chats, or emails.
  • Responsible to handling customers’ enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Understand company’s products and introduce to customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Handle accurate documentation and collect feedbacks / recommendations from customers.
  • Ensuring excellent service is delivered to customers.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service or Finance related fields are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good command in BOTH English and Mandarin (as needed to support mandarin speaker customers).
  • Able to communicate in other languages such as Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog and etc will be a plus point.
  • Experience in trading / investment / finance / forex will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to work flexibly and shift arrangement.
