To succeed in this position, you will need to understand well about our products as well as SOP and able to answer the customers’ enquiries. We are looking for talents who are able to work on flexible schedule too.


What are your responsibilities?

  • Deal directly with clients via call, live chat, and email.
  • Handle difficult enquiries from clients accurately
  • Understand company’s products and introduce to customers.  
  • Ensure good quality communication with all customers.  
  • Assist in preparing reports and present to the management
  • Develop new/potential customers and maintain good relationship with existing customer through
  • various channels.  
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Gather feedback and recommendation from customers and share with internal teams
  • Provide assistance and guidance for juniors and new joiners


Who are we looking for?

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing 2 or more members
  • Able to work 24-hour shifts
  • Good command in English and Mandarin
  • Have a good sense of customer service / sales
  • Having trading experience will be an added advantage
