Job Description:

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the Sales Management Team.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in both English and Mandarin.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and physical.
  • Handle travel arrangements (if necessary) for team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Ensure efficient office operations and assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
