Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Pickup and deliver goods
  • Running errands for Director and company
  • Maintain privacy & confidentiality of employees and the family information at all times
  • To ensure the vehicles are in good working order and perform the normal maintenance check before and after daily use of the vehicles.
  • To ensure cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the car at all times
  • To send the vehicles for the scheduled service maintenance on time
  • Responsible for office equipment installation
  • Provide technical and maintenance support

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • At least 5 years working experiences in HR scopes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with Hong Kong and China Stakeholders
  • Prior regional exposures shall be advantageous
  • Excellent project and people management skills
  • Proactive, organised and meticulous
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills
  • Excellent team player with good leadership skill
