DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

• Handling client deposit requests, ensuring funds are credited to the correct accounts, and managing various payment methods (bank transfers, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, etc.).
• Processing client withdrawal requests, verifying client identity, and ensuring funds are transferred to the correct destination promptly.
• Keeping track of all transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Regularly reconciling payment transactions with bank statements and internal records to ensure accuracy.
• Providing support to clients and sales team regarding payment issues, delays, and transaction statuses.
• Addressing and resolving disputes related to payment transactions, such as failed payments or unauthorized transactions.
• Managing and maintaining payment processing systems and platforms, ensuring they are secure and functioning correctly.
• Continuously improving payment processes for efficiency, security, and client satisfaction.
• Working closely with internal departments to address client issues related to payment transactions.
• Implementing measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activities within payment processes.
• Ensuring all payment transactions are secure and adhere to industry standards for data protection.

Addition to Senior Role:

• Generating reports on payment activities, including volumes, processing times, and any issues encountered.
• Analyzing payment data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Training team members on the latest payment processes, compliance requirements, and customer service best practices.
• Sharing insights and updates on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new payment methods with the team.

What we’re looking for:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service or Finance related fields is preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• High proficiency in English language.
• Good command in BOTH English and Mandarin (as needed to support mandarin speaking customers).
• Experience in trading / investment / finance / forex will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work flexibly and shift arrangement.
