Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to recruit potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and manage their day-to-day work arrangements and communication in building sustainable work relationships.
  • Consistently pitch suitable events, projects, or campaigns for our participation to contribute for the Brand Development, Brand Building and Content Marketing.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external cooperation partners to ensure marketing campaigns can run smoothly and achieve ROI.
  • Build positive relationships with journalists and professionals in the media and entertainment industry such as KOL bookers, publicists, photo agencies etc.
  • Develop relevant marketing strategies in building sustainable KOL’s image.
  • Organise, negotiate, and manage contracts with external parties.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of work experiences in managing KOLs.
  • Successful track record of pitching relevant project for KOLs.
  • Experienced in developing, implementing, and evaluating proactive media and marketing strategies.
  • Strong sense and able to develop news stories from scratch and respond to reactive media opportunities.
  • Demonstrable experience of working strategically, identifying opportunities for KOLs to support organisation-wide marketing strategies.
  • Experienced in planning and managing marketing events.
  • Experienced in using social media channels as part of KOLs engagement and PR campaigns.
  • Effectively work within the relevant budgets including forecasting, setting, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Having prior regional marketing exposures shall be advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in other languages such as Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai and etc (both written and spoken) shall be advantageous.
