We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist from the financial services industry, ideally with experience in brokerage industry to join our growing team in South Jakarta.

Position title: Customer Support Executive (kindly note this is the position title used at Doo Group)

Working location: South Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed responses.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service
• Possess trading knowledge and experience in will be an added advantage
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
