Job responsibilities;

• Gather financial and accounting data from various sources.
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Handle data validation and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and conduct variance analysis and trend analysis on financial data.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Generate regular financial reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the budgeting process by providing data-driven insights based on historical data and market trends.
• Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and reports.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within financial data management.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance data-related processes.
• Collaborate with finance teams, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Work with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance & accounting math, statistics, computer science, business or another quantitative field.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Strong working knowledge and ability to structure data and write algorithms in programming tools and languages such as Python
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Critical thinking and a sharp eye for detail and comfortable with failing and possess the drive to keep trying.
• Knowledge of accounting
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
