Human Resources Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enhance the organization’s human capital planning, implementing and evaluating employee relation, HR policies, programs and practices
- Consult with the line managers and provide HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, employee management and development as well as organization development
- Provide HR Policy guidance to members of the Company in all regions, ensuring compliance of Group policies, rules and procedures
- Participate in learning and development project planning, assist in implementing and executing the program to deliver desired outcome
- Ensure compliance with all prevailing laws, rules and regulations
- Work with management to create standard operating procedures
- Conduct periodic audit on HR processes
- Support Company policies writing and briefing
- Cooperate with members across regions
Job Requirements
- At least 8 years of working experiences in HR field
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Excellent in project and people management
- Proactive, organized and meticulous
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent team player with good leadership
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical and dashboard creation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with Hong Kong and China Stakeholders
- Sound knowledge in all prevailing Labour Laws and Regulations, Industrial laws and Regulations
