DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

• Manage payment operations for designated bank accounts, including online banking bulk/single transaction preparation, initiating internal fund transfers, and updating loan records.
• Manage receipt operations for designated bank accounts, such as fund transfers, downloading and archiving bank receipts, and issuing deposit receipts.
• Handle various banking transactions, including opening/closing accounts, updating bank account information, and other bank-related business.
• Maintain daily fund flow records, including downloading transaction data and generating reports.
• Conduct regular fund inventory checks.
• Update various records for the treasury team and handle other ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related finance fields.
• Ability to independently handle bank-related operations.
• At least 3 years of treasury work experience, including 1 year as a Treasury Supervisor.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
