If you have technical support / customer service experience, this will be the ideal role which you will be able to fully utilize your skills.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Responsible, coordinate and correspondence of the technical and trading system related to support. 
  • Support the customers to use our finance-related software, such as CRM, trading software etc. 
  • Solve customers’ difficult problems from the technical level, make quick response, find out the root reason of problems, put forward the optimization plan and promote the implementation. 
  • Liaise with system supplier, technical supplier, and business-related partners to address the technical issue concerned with the corporate clients through emails & conference calls. 
  • Conduct testing and maintenance on the trading system, products server, network etc. to minimize business disturbance. 
  • Timely record product problems and user needs, sort out central documents, feedback to the technical department, and optimize product development. 
  • Collaborate and communicate with the R&D team for system testing, escalate commercial enquires and assist in system bug fixing.
  • Conduct the technical test, translate experience into writing as well as experience sharing and training members of the team. 


  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Technical Support or Customer Service or any related fields.
  • Experience in supporting client’s enquiries and technical problem in the Financial Services, Forex or Futures industry is ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills in BOTH English and Mandarin (as needed to support mandarin speaker customers).
  • Experience in trading / investment / finance / forex will be an added advantage.
  • Trading platform knowledge, eg. MT4 / MT5 platform will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to work flexibly and shift arrangement.
