DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on: 

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage the project planning, execution, monitoring and closing of HR system implementation, ensuring the development is aligned with company objectives, timeline and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with HR functional team, business units, and other relevant departments to communicate project progress, risks and issues to stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure all stakeholder’s satisfaction by managing expectations and addressing concerns promptly.
• System Implementation and Integration: Manage system configuration, customization, and integration activities. Ensure system design and functionality align with business requirements and HR best practices.
• Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation: Manage comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

What we’re looking for:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
• At least 5 years in HR Project Management experiences.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Preferably with HR Operations background.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Strong technical and understanding skills to comprehend complex system architectures.
• Proficient in critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in managing HR system implementation from inception to completion in previous participated project.
