Key accountabilities

  • Provide foreign currency exchange and customer service on the counter in the retail environment.
  • Assist manager to complete account opening and AML/KYC process.
  • Explain compliance requirements.
  • Exchange foreign currency cash, encashment of traveler cheques and processing the foreign currency exchange transactions by using system.
  • Ensure data integrity on clients’ data during on-boarding process.
  • Assist manager to manage the administrative and operational aspects of the portfolio of our clients.
  • Use your understanding of the product & platform and use your active listening & problem-solving capabilities to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Make relevant products recommendations to customers by recognizing their needs.
  • Capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks and drive improvement.
  • Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations.

Requirements:

  • Existing exposure to the banking/foreign exchange/finance sector
  • Excellent communicator, with sound numerical skills.
  • Integrity, flexibility, reliability, and an excellent work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks with exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
  • Proven experience selling a service is an advantage.
  • Degree qualified in a Finance or Business-related discipline is an advantage.
  • Native written and spoken Mandarin will be added advantage.
