As part of our Content Marketing team, Content Writer (English) is required to perform the following tasks:

• Familiarising yourself with our products, services, and our targeted audience in different regional markets.
• Working on various platforms, i.e. company websites, marketing materials, and social media platforms to engage different groups of targeted audience.
• Conducting in-depth research on FinTech industry to develop original content for various platforms.
• Conceptualising and generating content ideas for our products and services including writing, curating, adapting, and optimising content.
• Ensuring integration of SEO into content generation and conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
• Managing end-to-end content editing to publishing process.
• Translating articles from Mandarin to English.
• Handling ad-hoc tasks as and when needed.

To succeed as a Content Writer (English) at Doo:

• You must possess a Bachelor’s degree, i.e. in the area of Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Finance, Economy, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experiences are required.
• Knowledge in finance and trading is a nice-to-have.
• Knowledge in SEO, HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a nice-to-have.
• Be a clear communicator and writer by translating financial terms into everyday language.
• Possessing good content writing and content creation skills.
• You must have excellent command of spoken and written English or Mandarin in order to liaise with Hong Kong and China counterparts.
