Summary:

Website, social media and content optimization, managing website content, building and nurturing an online community,  Negotiating backlinks, SEO strategy campaign organization and planning, website monitoring and user analysis, General digital marketing project management, Market analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement effective SEO strategies and campaign.
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization as well as discover new opportunities.
  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
  • Create and manage SEO tools data and dashboards.
  • Regularly perform keywords research, and competitive analysis to enhance rankings and organic traffic.
  • Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization.
  • Communicate project development, timelines and results at the same time Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Manage the development and execution of content strategies.
  • Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance.
  • Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities.
  • Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.
  • Provide support and guidance to the Content team with informed advice and approaches for tailoring digital content.
  • Perform web analytics regularly.
  • Partner with relevant team to create recurring SEO performance reports, web analytics, provide applicable insights, collaborate on quarterly progress reviews and forecasts.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience as SEO Specialist or similar role in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy.
  • Proven success in SEO including SEO application, reporting, web analytics, marketing, and business development.
  • Familiar with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google webmaster tools, CMS environment, in-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript will be an added advantage.
