Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile App +ASO Focus)

Job Duties:
- Develop and manage digital ad campaigns on various platforms (e.g. Meta/ Google/ Apple Search Ads/programmatic buy etc.) to drive app install, traffic, engagements, conversions, member registration etc
- Creation, maintenance and optimization of all elements of app store presence which includes text, asset and keyword definition – in multiple languages
- Define the overall growth marketing strategy for various business units and manage all the related budgets and performance
- Share with the marketing team and top management industry trends and insights & provide accurate and insightful live and post-performance analysis to stakeholders
- Provide Competitor analysis, analyze performance data to derive insight with actionable recommendations
- Work closely with UA on identifying, planning, executing and measuring opportunities to stimulate our organic growth in an ROI positive manner. (Store page conversion rate, organic acquisition, and store ranking, etc)
- Work closely with business units and technical team to continuously drive traffic and conversations
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Inbound Marketing
- Proven working knowledge of Ad Platforms (Ad Manager, Google Ads. etc)
- Strong analytical skills, well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded, able to multitask and complete tasks under tight schedule
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills with positive can-do attitudes
- Able to implement Google Tag Manager, Google Analysis, Appflyer
