HR & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily HR and admin duties, handle confidential matter and provide administrative support.
  • Gather information and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal regulations.
  • Support HR initiatives such as performance appraisal, employee’s activities, staff birthday celebration etc.
  • Handle employee relations including disciplinary actions and grievances.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns and grievances. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and organizing meetings.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate stock is maintained.
  • To carry any other duties and ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
  • Familiar with local labor laws and relevant regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organisational skills and able to work independently.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills including strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
